The space of the apartments offers a living room with a kitchenette, a spacious balcony and a bathroom with a shower. A balcony with garden furniture will be a great place to relax. The apartments are distinguished by modern design, aesthetics and functionality. The living area with a sofa bed and Smart TV is a perfect place to rest and relax, in addition, a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your favorite meals. Pleasant design and comprehensive equipment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories guarantee a comfortable stay. The property also has a free guest laundry (washer + dryer). Apartments include parking spaces in an underground garage, max. height 2.20 m. ATTENTION! The "Superior Studio" has a double SOFA and a folding ARMCHAIR. "Studio type Deluxe" also has a sea view! The property has an Energy Performance Certificate.
