Fully equipped apartment with balcony can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It is both ideal for a family getaway and for a group of friends! The layout of the rooms includes a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The spacious living area has a comfortable double sofa bed for sleeping and the bedroom - a double bed. The interior is finished stylishly, with warm colors and unique accessories giving it an individual character. In addition, the modern finish is complemented by useful amenities such as an oven and dishwasher. Multimedia features include a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The apartment is also equipped with basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer. A complimentary toiletries, towels and linens are provided for a good start to each stay. The apartment is pet-friendly, so guests traveling with pets are also welcome. You can leave your car in the apartment's assigned parking space next to the building.

In the immediate vicinity there are numerous stores and services (1.4 km - a shopping mall with stores, restaurants, pharmacies and other service establishments). The location of the property provides convenient access to the city center (about 9 km) and comfortable space in a green environment. The center can be reached by car in 15-20 minutes, public transportation is an alternative.
