Property information

Black Swan is a unique apartment with a unique atmosphere with a wonderful view of the city center. The whole apartment is decorated in black and gold color. In the middle is a pole to the dance pole. Located just minutes from the airport and the main central and western stations. Located in an apartment building with 24 hour security. The entire building is maintained in the hotel climate: wallpaper and carpeting in the corridors. The building has free parking Bieronki, open daily from 7:00 to 22:00 and 8:00 to 21:00 on Sunday. There is also the possibility of renting a 24 hour car park at a price of 50 zł / day. Direct access from the garage to the building without having to go outside. The building has a pharmacy, a pizzeria and a restaurant. In the block next door there is a "Żabka" shop and another restaurant with homemade dinners. In the block there is a market "Biedronka" and a little further "Lidl" (street: Aleja Krakowska 253). On the street Wlodarzewska 31 is a shop 24 hours, and against the block BP fuel station.

On the street Włodarzewska 31 is a shop open 24 hours, and a block against the BP petrol station. Szczęśliwicki Park is located just 10 minutes from the apartment.
