Lovely Sunny Flat is located in the heart of Warsaw. The apartment is on the 5th floor, with a nice view over Warsaw's Western skyline, with a lush green school park down below and skyscrapers lining the horizon. To enter the apartment you do not have to climb even one step, in the building there are two elevators and no stairs on the way. The flat has been recently renovated and combines a modern and funky design with original elements over 50 years old. The apartment is amazingly sunny throughout the entire day and we decorated it with fun colors giving it a really cheerful ambiance. The windows face the South and Western side and you will be amazed how pleasantly bright and sunny it is. For those who like to sleep in pitch dark, just pull down the window shades and you won't know it's daytime outside. We installed special shades that both keep excessive heat from the apartment and fantastically block out the light. Even in the longer summer days, if you want to rest during the day you can simply block out the light and take a comfortable nap. It's a 50 sqm apartment, with two bedrooms, a livingroom with a kitchen and a dinning area & a brand new bathroom with a rainshower.

The apartment is in the heart of Warsaw and within 300 meters you'll find everything you might need: grocery store, night store, restaurants, alcohol specialty stores, a gas station, cafes, pharmacies, bakeries, hair dressers, taxi stand and public bike rentals. 200 hundred meters away, there is a large roundabout where you'll find public transportation (bikes/bus/tram and train) that will take you to the commercial centre, old town, accross the brige to Prague area, airport or to the suburbs. Warsaw’s trademark, The Palace of Culture, is about 900 meters away and Old Town about 2,5 km away from Lovely Sunny Flat. Warsaw Central Train Station is 800 meters away - it's the city's main public transport hub: you will find intercity trains, trains going to the from the airport, buses, trams going in all directions. Warsaw has an excellent public transportation system - cheap and surprisingly efficient.
