Our family company started operating in the tourism industry in 2006. Our main goal is to make well-thought-out investments in the best hotel and apartment facilities with exceptional views. The first investment was Apartments 359 Lazurowa Gondola overlooking the sea, with a 30-meter terrace in the Dom Zdrojowy Hotel in Jastarnia on the Hel Peninsula. A hotel built on a dune with direct access to the beach and a direct view of the sea.... Our latest investment in the Luxurious Modern Hotel Seaside Park in Kołobrzeg: Apartment 203 Diune Premium Apartment 302 Marine Premium Apartment 307 Sea Premium All our apartments are located in the Seaside Park Hotel building in Kołobrzeg, next to the wide sandy beach in Kołobrzeg. The most important distinction of our family company is the SEA VIEW, which guarantees our guests relaxation and rest, and the Premium quality of all apartments will ensure high comfort. The second important advantage of our apartments are fully equipped kitchenettes, which gives our guests the opportunity to prepare breakfast or dinner according to their own preferences or diet. Sharing breakfast or dinner with a glass of wine at sunset on the viewing terrace creates additional pleasant experiences. It is also possible to use the hotel's restaurant, where buffet meals, lunch and a la carte are offered. Private luxury apartments with a sea view of the Premium class are located in one building with the Seaside Park Hotel. Our apartments are centrally located in front of the sea. Location in the spa part of Kołobrzeg, next to a wide, sandy beach, right next to the longest seaside promenade in Poland. In the private part of the Seaside Park Hotel, we offer 3 apartments with beautiful views front sea view: Superior Apartment no. 203 Diune Premium (2nd floor without garage) Deluxe Apartment no. 302 Marine Premium (3rd floor with garage no. 1) Deluxe Apartment no. 307 Sea Premium. (3rd floor with garage no. 28) It is an ideal place to practice sports such as swimming, running, cycling or Nordic walking. Inside the hotel you will also find paid attractions such as: a full-size sports swimming pool, a climbing wall with many routes, and a well-equipped fitness center. The combination of numerous hotel attractions and the soothing scent of the sea breeze will provide you with an ideal place to relax. Our apartments have beautiful roofed viewing terraces facing the sea, where you can admire the sunsets and the view of the sea, the lighthouse, the beach and the pier :) IMPORTANT! The apartment we offer you is located in the Seaside Park Hotel. The hotel is a separate company, as are the reception and restaurant. We have one of the best apartments with direct sea view. However, we kindly inform you that access to the relaxation and swimming pool area and other attractions is subject to an additional fee and may be limited depending on the hotel's occupancy and current offer.

Neighbourhood information

The location of the health resort in Kołobrzeg gives it the mildest climate in Poland, hence the smallest temperature amplitudes throughout the year and short winters with negligible snowfall. In summer, we can enjoy a lot of sunny days. However, holidays spent solely on sunbathing tempt only a few people. Attractive recreation is, above all, active recreation. Here you will find attractions such as: the lighthouse, the Kołobrzeg pier, the fortifications of the fortress and other military attractions.
