The Apartamenty Świnoujście company has been in existence since 2005. Since then we have managed the rental of 270 flats and houses in the local market. Our main focus is the seaside district. Every day our team of employees puts their hearts and a lot of hard, dedicated work into providing excellent service and achieving 100% satisfaction of our guests. Customer Service - in our office, every day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., 365 days, our staff greets you with a kind word and a smile on their faces for check-in/check-out and to provide you with information and tips for your holiday stay. We offer a high standard of customer service in as many as three languages (Polish, German, English)

Property information

Family house with separate entrance, located only 200 m from the sea. Modern and functionally equipped flat consists of 3 bedrooms, living room and separate kitchen. Comfortable rest will be provided by an elegantly furnished living room with a large, comfortable corner sofa, dining table with chairs, coffee table and TV set. The first of three bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed and a table. The room also has a TV set. Comfortable sleeping for 2 people in the second bedroom is provided by a single bed with a mattress pulled out from below. There is also a desk and a spacious wardrobe for clothes. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV set. The kitchen in the flat has a separate entrance, where there is a fridge, dining table with chairs, hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The stylish and modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washing machine. In front of the house on the property you can park three cars. Digital TV and wireless internet are available for guests.

Neighbourhood information

At the entrance to the beach, 200 m from the cottage, a newly built promenade begins, with a path for bicycles, a path for rollerblades and a place to walk and rest. The promenade connects on the one hand to the famous cross-border walking and cycling path leading to German towns, and on the other hand to Swinoujscie's main promenade with restaurants and attractions.
