A 3-room apartment with two balconies, a view of the Oder river, located in a historic building on the Old Town Boulevard. Apartment 600 m from the Market Square, modernly equipped, of a high standard. The equipment includes: two air-conditioning, a comfortable bathtub, Internet in the room, TV (Netflix), Kitchenette, Fridge, Induction hob, Oven, Microwave oven, Plates and cutlery, Tea set, Coffee machine + capsules, Flat screen TV , TV Channels, Safe, Wardrobe, Hairdryer, Towels, Bath amenities, Iron and board. Parking in the underground garage is included in the price of the apartment. To make a reservation, please contact us before arrival. Smoking and organization of events, hen and stag parties is strictly prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a balcony where smoking is acceptable. Tenants are asked to keep the quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am.

Bulwar Staromiejski is located in the center of Wrocław, by the Odra River. It is a place with a unique history, which in the past was an important meeting point for the inhabitants of Wrocław. The apartment is surrounded by historic tenement houses and a large green area. At the Staromiejski Boulevard there is also a playground for children, shops, hairdressers and beauty salons.
