Tropical Coast Properties LLC is a real estate company that was established in 2011 to offer vacation rentals to the worldwide travelers that visit Rincon, Puerto Rico yearly to enjoy surfing, our culture, and a memorable getaway in our small piece of paradise. The west side is very special and has lots of fun activities that you will certainly enjoy doing during your vacation as: surfing, paddle boarding, horseback riding, scuba diving, sail charters, snorkeling, Farmer's Market every Sunday at the Plaza, Artwalk every Thursday night at the Plaza. There is a high variety of restaurants in the area that are great to visit. Our properties are self-catered rentals and only a “starter supply” of toiletries is provided. The guests must buy more as needed. For an additional cost on all our rentals we have housekeeping service, grocery shopping, and taxi service.

Comfortable and affordable home with three bedrooms with a/c and one bathroom. The house has high-speed WiFi, smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Tubi tv (no cable), off-street parking for one car, washer/dryer, and back patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to prepare their own meals. The master and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is full and twin and a separate twin bed. It sleeps up to 8 guests. There are a couple of beach chairs for guests to use. A charcoal BBQ is provided also for guests to cook on the back patio. The house is simple but will provide a great space to enjoy Rincon. This is a residential area, therefore no parties are allowed, music or loud talking outside after 10 pm is strictly prohibited also. Enjoy your vacations in Rincon without hurting your wallet. This three-bedroom house is located very close to the town area (you can walk if desired) and a short drive from the beaches.
