The property complex is on a hill with beautiful views of both the mountains and the beach. It is a private complex apartment building with lots of fun amenities for your enjoyment. The beach is walking distance from the property and have miles and miles of sandy beach. Also you have the Maunabo Lighthouse which is great for taking pictures.
Hi!! My name is Reinaldo and my wife is Carmen (but she likes to be called "Tita"). We are a retired couple that loves to spend our time close to the beach and relaxing at home. We live in Caguas but my wife was born and raise in Patillas, which is close-by Maunabo. We still have her parents house which we visit a lot to disconnect from the city. We love this area because you have both scenery, mountain and beach and is a great escape to relax and disconnect from the chaotic city. We hope you love our beach apartment and enjoy your stay!
It is a quiet neighborhood! There are restaurants and small grocery shops nearby. It is the perfect area to escape and disconnect from the city. You will need you own car to move around the neighborhood since they're no Uber, Lyft or any other transportation services.
