This vintage property was built in the 1920s and constructed out of cement and brick. Spa Apartment is on the second level and a staircase is required to access it. It has two available bedrooms; a shared bathroom; a family room; a dining room with a coffee station; a small kitchen; an additional dining area; and a storage area with cleaning supplies and a sink. It also has a covered terrace and a balcony overlooking the street and businesses. Grills surround the apartment making it a very safe space for young children. Bottled water, refreshments, crackers, and condiments, are included free of charge. You may purchase other food items readily available in the apartment for your convenience. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and are fully serviced with linens, toiletries, and a hair dryer. In the first story, we have a Wellness Center where guests are welcome to receive one sauna session and one massage chair session free of charge by appointment. Other spa services are available upon booking.

I was born in the city of Mayaguez. I have a degree in Psychology and another in Business Education. I have a diverse work background and over the years I have enjoyed the uniqueness of short-term rentals. I am also passionate about creating well-thought-out environments where people would feel safe and catered. Being a fan of natural lifestyles and green thinking, my space would tend to respect the old qualities of the structure and add elements to it in an organic, yet practical fashion. Spa Apartment offers our clients the convenience of requesting some relaxation, detoxifying, and restoring spa services right on the first floor of the property.

The Spa Apartment is located on the busiest street in the city of Mayaguez. There is a Café is next door and a restaurant across the street, just a short walk from the apartment. The Cathedral of Our Lady of Candelaria is also just a short walk from the apartment. The city has all the services, medical offices, cultural activities, shopping malls, local shops, and more. Free street parking between 5:00 pm and 8:00 am from M- S, and free on Sundays. Hotel Plaza Parking Lot is a short 3-minute walk (190 meters) from the apartment and remains open 24 hours.
