First, communication with the owner, Sara, is excellent. She communicated every little thing needed to self-check in, including the surroundings. The house is amazing, well kept up to high standards, and very clean, especially the outside area. The patio and the garden are breathtaking. The location is great and includes a parking space, which is a plus. The fresh bread provided on the house by the owner every morning is such a kind gesture.

Fantastic apartment for exploring the eastern part of the island. It's worth mentioning that it is located just 2 minutes away from one of the most beautiful viewpoints on São Miguel Island - Miradouro da Ponta do Sossego. So, you'll have the privilege of coming in the morning and having the park all to yourself. 😊

We loved this holiday home and would come back in a heartbeat! Excellent home, clean and neat with fantastic rooms, bedding, and finishings. Well stocked kitchen with the outdoor barbeque was exactly what we were looking for. The daily bread deliveries were much appreciated by an early riser who enjoys a quick bite with tea while watching the sun rise over the ocean. The house was nestled among other rental homes owned by the same agency, as well as a few others and provides perfect solitude. The hosts were super kind and welcoming, and very responsive to our questions and requests. The host met us at the house and gave us a full tour of the home and pointed out how to handle the security system. Location is lovely but best to have a car. We enjoyed the amazing coastal views and hikes in the area and enjoyed getting to some quieter parts of the island.

This accommodation is very small but extremely intelligently and efficiently done. It's very comfortable and convenient, a great location, with easy private parking and a lovely view. The manager was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the fantastic location of the place with a great view. The garden with table, benches and barbecue provided the opportunity to eat outside. The inside area was tastefully decorated and spacious for two people.

Our flight to the island was delayed considerably and staff were so kind to check us in very late. We then woke up to freshly baked bread and enjoyed it with their cheese and jam on our own private patio (with the exception of the local cats :)) overlooking the ocean. The immediate surrounding area was lovely and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
