"Apartamento Dionísio" located on the top floor in the apartment building Portique Malpique is in the city centre of Albufeira, at one of the main entrances into the city. Built in 2004, this amazing fully equipped self-catering two bedroom apartment is one of the most noticeable buildings when you enter the city. Even though there is no swimming pool, the beach is only 500 metres away or a 7 min walk. No need to have a car, you have all you need within the neighborhood. This makes an outstanding location for you and your family to spend your holidays.
I moved to Portugal in 1999 looking for a different life in the sunny Algarve after living in Vancouver, Canada for 25 years. I have gained experience in the turismo sector working for a rent-a-car company and airport transfer company for over 16 years total. Just recently in 2020 have I ventured into the holiday rentals and absolutely love what I do.
You will be about 7 min walking distance from the Old town (450m), Albufeira beach is no more than 7 min walk (550m) and Albufeira Fisherman';s beach is 10min (750m).
