2 Bedroom Apartment featuring Private Rooftop Patio with Hot Tub, BBQ and View. The apartment has free parking, self check-in, free Wi-Fi, air-condition, an equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. It suits up to 4 adults and 3 children. And it's only a 10 minute walk to the beach! If you step up the indoor stairway to the roof, you will find a sunny private patio that you share with nobody. The rooftop patio has a hot tub, seating area, sunbeds, barbecue and fridge. The private hot tub there is available for an extra fee. 30 for first day, next days 10 each, all in Euros. This gives you a cleaned hot tub with fresh water, new filters and correct chemicals. The hot tub must be booked at our site prior to your stay. "Casa Amaranth" is two private apartments where each apartment includes a 40 m2 private roof terrace with panorama view to Ferragudo. The building has two floors. "Apartment Alpha" is at the ground floor, "Apartment Beta" at first floor. The building has stairs and the road is steep. We do not recommend the apartment to people with reduced mobility. In Apartment Beta there is an additional TV on the wall in the first bedroom, which provides Netflix and Prime, but no live channels.

You are welcome to our apartment in Ferragudo at the coast of Algarve! We are a small family business called "Sunshine Rentals" and come from Norway. We have furnished our apartments in "Casa Amaranth" with consideration to what we believe tourists from all over Europe appreciate. The beds in the bedrooms do all have a length of 200 cm (the standard length of beds in Portugal is 190 cm). We have furnished the roof terrace and made it cosy and comfortable. We believe that a roof terrace is the little extra we like to offer to our guests. The roof terrace is private, so you have all the facilities there for yourself. The apartment gives you the privacy, space and comfort that you may miss at a full booked and crowdy hotel. You do not need to miss the hotel reception - we live close by and can assist if there is any need.

In Ferragudo there are beaches within walking distance. Ferragudo centre with restaurants and events is only a few hundred meters from the apartment and has live music which you can enjoy from the outdoor restaurants in the summer evenings. The next by Arade river hosts a boat taxi which can transport you to the closest beaches and the city Portimäo. In Portimäo you find shopping malls, clubs, discos, beach parties and festivals, along with a lot of bars and restaurants. After a city tour, it is nice to come back and relax in quiet Ferragudo. Beside of having multiple beaches, the coast line has a lot of caves. Make a unique memory and spend some hours in one of the many boats that offer cave explorations, scuba diving, snorkelling, - or have a trip with pirate ship. You cannot visit Algarve without including a trip on the highest mountain here, Serra de Monchique. Follow the road signs to Monchique, then to Foia until you reach almost 1000 meters altitude. Enjoy the great view of Algarve when the weather is good. With 300 days annual sunshine, the chances are good.
