We loved our stay at Casa Flor de Sal. Laurent and his wife were thoughtful, helpful and the loveliest hosts you could hope for. The little houses and the facilities are clean and offer everything to make you feel comfortable. Modern bathroom, comfy bed, two terraces, air condition, dish washer...we loved our house. Laurent made good suggestions for activities each day, there was a wonderful and professional yoga class one morning by the pool for free and he checked in with us daily - on a very nice and natural easy way. Breakfast wishes/orders, cleaning wishes and honesty shop is managed with an app. The shop offered high quality local goods to fair prices. There are bikes, two pools, billard and nearby are the salines for walks. By car it's 30 min to Faro, 30 min to Tavira. We spent our wedding anniversary there and had a lovely family holiday with our baby at Casa Flor de Sal and we will come back. Next time with the whole family.

wonderful having breakfast delivered to our door every morning. the oranges were delicious and we drank freshly squeezed orange juice everyday.the housekeeping was excellent too you could choose each day to have a lot, a little, or none at all. they even cleaned the bbq each house has a private garden and a roof terrace with table chairs and sun loungers. we drank our coffee there each morning looking at the beautiful view over the ria formosa and the sea. laurent and alexia couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. while not intruding they were there when needed the grounds are extensive with lots of play areas for children plus 2 swimming pools,one for adults only. this is a place we would definely recommend

everything about this stay was perfect: attention to details, kindness of the owners, best kids place I have ever stayed in. A real « home away from home”. The pool has a shallow end for kids, the mère is a football/basketball field on the grounds, pools table, swing, sand pit.. A small shop is located on the hotel’s premises for your urgent shopping. The construction site doesn’t bother at all. We are already dreaming of coming back next year!

It is an oasis of tranquility and natural beauty. The facilities are outstanding for both adults but also for young children. There is so much space for everyone to enjoy. our house Flamingo) had everything we could possibly need. It was very spacious with a well appointed kitchen, excellent bathroom, outside eating area with outdoor sink and barbecue and finally a roof terrace. Home grown tomatoes, peppers, lemons and strawberries for you to pick. we were too early for the figs and pomegranates! August our host was always where when you needed something and super hospitable. Location wise you are near Olhão (lots of shops and a medical centre), the lovely town of Tavira and a short drive from Faro airport.

We had a wonderful stay at casa flor de sal. The owners and staff were very friendly, the facilities were great as was the apartment. Changing of the bedsheets and towels very regularly. Couldn’t have been better.

I can't recommend this place enough!! It was absolutely wonderful. They were the most welcoming and helpful people and the accommodation was exceptional! We had our 14month daughter with us and they fully catered for her every need as well as ours. It's the perfect balance for families. The breastfast provisions were plentiful and they checked in every day to see if we needed or wanted something different! There are plenty of toys on site in tasteful baskets that compliment the beautiful surroundings. The site itself is stunning and peaceful with beautiful views from your own roof terrace and overlooking the pool. We had the most wonderful week and can't thank Auguste, Caroline and Margarette enough!! We will definitely come back!
