Location was fantastic for Levada walks, Sarah and John were welcoming and generous hosts. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and varied. You have a huge bedroom plus a sun lounge and terrace for relaxing.

What an amazing time at Sara's and John's Casa we had! Every morning starts with a lovely self made breakfast to which they add ingridients from their garden or from the local food market. Sara & John are outstanding hosts, we loved chatting with them and also getting tips and information on local traditions (food, drinks, festivals, sightseeing). We would return to this place immediaetly and meeting them again is a must have for the next visit of Madeira. All the best from us ❤️

The couple we stayed with gave us a very warm welcome. It felt like home. There was incredibly good breakfast and a top organized folder with information about good restaurants, sights and hiking routes. Right at the beginning we got a short tour of the village, in which everything was explained to us.

Eine Unterkunft mit Herz. John, der Besitzer der Unterkunft ist so ein herzlicher Mensch, der uns sofort willkommen geheißen hat. Seine Frau war leider verreist. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet um den östlichen Teil der Insel zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war phenomenal! Man konnte sich aussuchen was man gerne essen möchte! Wir bekamen jeden Morgen frische exotische Früchte! Wir waren mehr als begeistert und würden jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen!

Goed uitgangspunt voor tochten over het eiland. Het ontbijt is heerlijk. Naast de kamer ook een serre én terras om heerlijk te zitten en te genieten van de zee/bergen. De eigenaren zijn heel aardig, behulpzaam en gastvrij.

Sara et John (et leur 2 adorables chiens) sont vraiment des hôtes incroyables, nous avons été reçu parfaitement, avec des petits déjeuners frais et incroyables et de belles petites Attentions à l'arrivée. La maison est dans un lieu paisible, vous avez votre propre espace à l'étage avec un petit frigo et bouilloire. La vue est superbe, l'extérieur agréable et une belle loggia même sous la pluie ! On se sent comme chez soit, avec en prime de supers conseils pour manger et se balader sur cette belle île !
