The property comprises: entrance hall, bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, fully renovated bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room and bedroom and WI-FI Internet and TV in the living room (MEO system). ############################################################################## - A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be collected as a payment by cash, credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation. - Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking). Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated). Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with Nuris2u. If the excess is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.

Praia da Rocha is a beach in the municipality of Portimão, in the Algarve (Portugal). This Beach has a large stretch of sand, in a total area of about 146 000 m², along 1.5 km of coastline. Next to the beach stands the Fortress of Santa Catarina, built in the 17TH century to ensure the defense of the bar of the River Arade. The Beach owes its name to the rocks that lie between the sand and the sea. It Is one of the most famous in the Algarve, but even from all over the country. Every year, during the Summer, the beach fills with tourists from all over the world and, despite its great extent, it is rare not to be crowded.
