This place is an extraordinary gem on the ocean shore in Pedreira. The view is stunning and on a clear day you can see thousands of stars in the sky, huge mountains and beautiful green nature surronding the apartment. The apartment itself is well-equipped, also a jacuzzi is at the guest's disposal at any time. The owner, David, was waiting for us at night with some cold beers to show around the property. He was extremely helpful and kind to serve with tips about the surroundings. We would recommend this apartment for everybody wishing to stay at an extraordinary place with kind people and beautiful nature.

The apartment was excellent and David was a great and pleasant host. Great tips for activities in the area, especially Luis' small supermarket right in town as well as horseriding with Pedro. Wonderful apartment, super quiet and the terrace and the jacuzzi with the view are the icing on the cake.

David his hospitality was just great. He gives you immediately the feeling of coming home. The place is just electrifying. The magnificent view from the house is great and give yourself a walk of 200m for a breathtaking one. The answer of seeing this was for the whole family just silence. The jacuzzi is great to relax after an intense day on the Açores. Do not doubt to book here if you want to stay on the eastern part. The best place for the sunrise.

Dave is one of the greatest hosts. It was a pleasure to be in his house. The view of the house, pizza oven, jacuzzi and especially the village are just a view things which made the stay to a special one. Dave made sure that we have a great stay. We can recommend it and would come again.

The place offers stunning views of the ocean and the eastern shore of the island. It is situated relatively away from bigger cities, which was an advantage for us. You can find a local shop with essentials and a bar in Pedreira. David - the owner - was super helpful, friendly and willing to suggest good spots to check out on São Miguel. The house itself has all the necessary amenities, enough even for a longer stay.

If you look for some peaceful nature with a jaw breaking sea view without any humans in sight, this house is made for you. It was a real pleasure coming back to the cosy house after a long day hiking and enjoy the sea with a glass of wine. David the host was super friendly and welcomed us like his own friends, offered us some local pastries, porto and beers. He gaves us plenty of tips about the area, and was super available. I will definitely recommend it and come back.
