Independent apartment incorporated in a house in a private villa, a few minutes from the town of Resende, located on the hillside of the Douro Valley and ideal for a holiday in total tranquility with friends or family. Ample outdoor space with its own access and panoramic terrace for exclusive use with excellent views of the valley and Rio. The entire space was decorated with charm, modernism and comfort in mind to provide guests with a quality and comfortable stay. Space with refinement and charm, in a typical Douro environment in communion with pure nature and hundreds of years of history. Paraíso Hills is a space surrounded by century-old chestnut trees and restored chapels. Natural vegetation and orchards surround the green spaces. Indication for possible hiking trails throughout the county. Accommodation with easy parking area for cars.
We welcome guests in person and are available to answer any questions in order to make your stay as perfect as possible. We like to socialize with those who like to chat, but we always respect each other's space.
The vineyards, cherry trees and secular houses give life and unique beauty to the region. Wine lovers can find a variety of wine tourism activities and taste the famous Port wine on a visit to the region's farms. In the municipality, visitors can enjoy treatments at the Caldas de Aregos Thermal Spa and a natural park with a river beach and swimming pools framed alongside the Douro River and water sports practice at the Porto de Rei River Beach. The more adventurous can explore the natural pools and waterfalls of the Cabrum River. Restaurants with typical and traditional dishes from the region nearby (Douro à Vista; Gentleman). We recommend visiting the Rota do Românico, Eça de Queirós Foundation, Biological Park of Serra das Meadas - Lamego, visits to the region's farms and wine tasting.
