Self catering. Facilities adequate but not brilliant. Otherwise the apartment was really excellent. Small walled garden gave a lovely atmosphere. Town - beautiful. Restaurants & shops - fine. Boat excursions - fine Email reception - sporadic at best. Air con in bedroom greatly appreciated.

Maria was a lovely host. She was very helpful and made our stay very special. We also loved sharing the garden with a tortoise who visited us on some of the evenings for a cooling bath. Really good would recommend.

This place is a gem in Tavira. We didn't want to leave, and would love to live here 😁 this place has lots of character and charm, lots of rooms, a full kitchen and the private garden is incredible. The owner here is so kind and warm and we could not say enough wonderful things about our stay here....we only wish we were staying longer.

The location couldn't be better. Right in the middle of Tavira, with just a short walk (1 min because you have to enter and leave by the rear of the property) to the main street with bars and restaurants. Facilities were good.

It was so nice to be in a space that felt authentic and with character - rather than a rental with all IKEA furniture. LOVED the garden full of grapes, oranges, and figs. Owner incredibly kind and responsive.

Perfekt och tyst läge mitt i Tavira några minuters promenad från torget och romerska bron. Det är nära till restauranger, caféer och sevärdheter. Vi köpte nybakat bröd varje morgon på bageriet runt hörnet. Fint boende, vi åt luncher utomhus i den mysiga trädgården soliga dagar. Hyresvärd Maria är otroligt trevlig, hjälpsam och mycket mån om att man ska trivas. Maria hjälpte oss med transfer till och från flygplatsen i Faro och taxichaufför Luis är också mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Tavira tågstation ligger nära och det är enkelt att göra dagsutflykter till närliggande orter.
