Quietly set in a picturesque area in the Baiului Mountains, part of the Predeal Ski Resort, Cabana Girbova features accommodation with mountain views, at an altitude of 1350 metres. All rooms are fitted with a balcony overlooking the Bucegi Mountains of the Prahova Valley. A cable TV, a refrigerator and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries are also included. Cabana Girbova also offers an on-site restaurant with an outdoor terrace. Barbecue facilities are available at no surcharge. Upon request and at an extra cost, hiking trips and sightseeing trips to different landmarks in the region can be organized by the host. The property has easy access to numerous hiking trails in the surrounding mountains. Access is not possible by car and it’s done exclusively by cable car or hiking trails. The Predeal Train Station is 4.5 km away.

A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Cabana Girbova will contact you with instructions after booking.
Please note that access to Cabana Girbova is done only by cable car (Clabucet Plecare stop) or via hiking trails. No car access possible. The cable car is operating daily from 10:00 to 15:00, and is closed on Monday. Bad weather conditions can also make cable car access impossible. In this case, Cabana Girbova can only be reached via hiking trails.
Please note that room rates on the 31 December include a gala dinner with traditional Romanian menu. Guests sleeping in extra beds are charged separately (in addition to the extra bed rate).
