Rustic charm in a lovely old saxon village. Off the main road, but accessible and good striking distance to other historic sites. We arrived at dinner time and asked in advance for a meal to be prepared. The food was excellent. Kids enjoyed the cats.

Peaceful, quiet, great staff, felt like a trip back in time almost. The nice lady who welcomed us is one of the nicest people I met. The way she takes care of the place and the multitude of cats there, is amazing. The interiors are well preserved and provide the complete experience, with the full extent of what that entails.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. We stayed there in the winter and enjoyed the cosy atmosphere and lovely firestoves in the downstairs rooms. Breakfast was abundant and home-made. The village is quite interesting - it's off the beaten track and hasn't really "made it", in the way that some of the other similar places in the area have.

I expected to see a touristic location, with cheap finishes in a traditional manner. It exceeded my expectations from all points of view, as the house was an art/museum, not a regular accommodation. Everything was very clean and well kept. Also the modern elements(lights,pipes,etc...) were harmoniously combined with the old architecture and furniture of the house creating a cozy and relaxing experience. Also the village was very traditional, with regular people on the street (not so touristic), so you get a full authentic experience. If you are looking for an authentic experience of a traditional house/village, but also nice comfort (not luxury), I fully recommend this place!

Camera in care am stat a fost spatioasa si amenajata cu bun gust. de asemenea curtea proprietatui este foarte coxheta . Locatia este aproape de toate satele sasesti, care reprezinta o scapare din agitatia urbana. Micul dejun este format din produse locale, toate foarte gustoase. Gazdele, de asemenea, foarte primitioare si ne-au ajutat de fiecare data cand am avut nevoie de ceva. Recomand acest loc pentru o escapada de la viata de zi cu zi.

Wonderful property in a picturesque Saxon village. The apartment is comfortable and stays cool even during hot days. The beds are comfortable. One has to be aware that the main entrance of this apartment is shared with the attic apartment that can be rented by others. This didn’t bother us. Cosmina, the property manager, has been wonderful and was very helpful anytime we needed something.

Une pepite dans un village près de Sighisoara, au calme. L’appartement est décoré avec des objets anciens, vintage e gardant le charme ancien mais en même temps extrêmement confortable, propre et pratique. L’experience a été agreable et surprenante car en arrivant on s’attendait pas à trouver une maison aussi charmante derrière les grandes portes. Nous avons été accueillies par Cosmina qui nous a préparé un delicieux plat roumain.
