Our company was established in March 2019, having as objective the transformation of the family house into a small tourist location where our guests can enjoy our tranquillity and hospitality. I live on the ground floor, the entire upstairs area is reserved for visitors, featuring three double bedrooms (incl. fans, options : Family room - one sofa or/and one extendable bed, Royal couple-one extendable bed) and one SHARED BATHROOM only for guests. In the weekend, it can be rent the entire villa, for events, team building, celebrations and anniversaries, 6-9 person's accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, 2 SHARED BATHROOMS (one on each level), dining room, living room, balcony + front garden terrace, one back terrace, 3 free parking places on street in front of the gate (1 inside garden) 180 sqm. Each morning we offer complimentary fruits, a mixture of free Brazilian and Indian coffee, tea, hot chocolate, to get your days started the right way. You can use the dining room, living room, garden terrace for eating ordered food (pizza, catering, enjoy your holiday- don't spend your free time cooking) or for sharing a selected wine glass or a fine cognac with your friends or family.
