The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-building gated condominium complex, ensuring full privacy and security. Free-of-charge parking is available on-site, either within the complex' gates or on the street. The apartment's centrepiece is a spacious, sunlit living room with a snug sofa and chair, integrating a dining area which can also serve as a home office. The room is equipped with a widescreen smart TV set, cable TV, and a fast fibre WiFi connection. The room gives access to a cosy balcony filled with greenery, a perfect spot for your morning coffee/tea ritual. The kitchen contains everything you may need for meal/snack prep, including basic utensils, a stove, an oven, a full-sized fridge with a freezer unit, a dishwasher, a toaster, a water kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. You are welcome to use it. A comfortable, full-sized king bed as well as a built-in dresser can be found in the bedroom. The sun-blocking window shades will ensure a restful night's sleep. A modern bathroom is equipped with a roomy shower, wall-mounted sink and toilet, and a washer. Basic toiletries and hygiene products are provided. You are welcome to enjoy the common backyard of the complex, sitting on the elevated riverbank, with astonishing views of the Danube and the surrounding greenery.
