The general vibe of this place was very welcoming. The staff at the reception were courteous. Room size was suitable for our family. There are couple of lifts serving each section of the hotel, so it never was a long wait. The cleanliness is top notch. There is a shop on the ground floor, prayer room and a barber shop. That added to the convenience of this place. It is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al-Haram and easy for taxis to pick/drop off. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

I loved how nice the vibe of the place was, rooms were clean but the most perfect things was the fact that they had a shuttle service that went straight to the haram even if it was a 15 minutes walk it was a lot quicker to go with the coach and the cafe downstairs was also really convenient. Especially Abdullah he was very helpful at reception and solved all our queries promptly and efficiently.

The staff was very helpful and amazing. Our room had an amazing view that I will never forget. The room service was visiting our room on a daily basis, cleaning and changing bed sheets, and providing us with what we need. Besides that, there were a supermarket, shops, cafeteria and more inside the hotel. The hotel is 10 minutes walking distance, and the bus to Al Haram is always available in front of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by all the facilities the person might need. Definitely I will choose this hotel for my next visit. Besides the above, as soon as we reached the hotel, there was a ciosk for one of the telecommunication companies offering a sim card with an amazing package for very low price and was very helpful as I was able to contact the family through different applications all the time and they were with me in every move.

Amazing stay with legendary hospitality by staff I must mention “ Mr Mandhouq” (Hope the spellings are right ) he was such a gent. He facilitated me throughout even with transportation to other city and kep room reserved should I can manage transport. Delayed checkout on the system.
