Set in a beautiful landscape with amazing views, this cottage offers peace and calm. It's the perfect location to access the whole of Österlen, with 25 minutes to the beach, 35 minutes to Simrishamn & Ystad, and 45 minutes to Kristianstad, Lund & Malmö and also easy access to Copenhagen Airport. The cottage is located on and old farm next to the main house, and is surrounded by open fields, with beautiful beech forests near by. You have your own garden behind the cottage, where you can enjoy your meals.

Jag jobbar hemifrån som coach och healer. Jag hjälper människor att våga uttrycka sig kreativt, att tycka om sig själva och att skapa en balans mellan arbete och fritid. Min sambo Claes är skogshuggare och allmänt händig och tillsammans gör vi många projekt på gården. Jag älskar att odla - både grönsaker, frukt, bär, kryddor och vackra blommor, så vi har mycket odlingar på vår gård, och från gäststugan har man utsikt över våra egna fält.

Rural setting, quiet, beautiful views. The guesthouse is on a farm, surrounded by farmland. No neighbours nearby, except for the main house where we live. There's a forest in a nature reserve close to the guesthouse, perfect for hikes, and the beach on the East Coast is only 25 minutes drive away. It's 35 minutes drive to the South Coast. There's free parking next to the guesthouse. The location is great for exploring the whole of Skåne! The nearest small shop is 5 km away, in Lövestad, but most shops and other things you might need, you can find in both Tomelilla and Sjöbo, a 20 minute drive from the house. Österlen is known for its many flee markets and artists, but also for the beech forests and beautiful sandy beaches!
