The Villa is an old boutique builded in 1908. Since the last three years it has been totally renovated by the famous designer Marie Olsson Nylander. Her design goes all trough the house with doors from India to old rescued cabinets from around the world. The house also suits an apartment (bedroom 5) with own entrance next to the main entrance. The apartment have an own bathroom and kitchen. The first floor contains bedroom 1, 2, 3 and a big beautiful bathroom. Second floor contains a great kitchen, living room, toilet and exits to the big balcony with both morning and evening sun. On the third top floor (bedroom 4) there is a stunning view over Öresund, Kattegatt and Kullaberg. Here you can enjoy the view both inside or outside on a smaller balcony. If you would like to spend time in this is also the place to watch a movie or lightening a fire. The garden is well protected from winds and fantastic to spend time in. It is surounded by planking wich keeps the kids and privacy inside. The kids have a trampoline, playing house and grass to spend time in while the adults relaxing on the big terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbeque.

Nyhamnsläge is an old, calm and picturesque fishing village at the the heart of beautiful Kullabyggden. The harbour has fish and private boat activity that you can watch while having an ice cream from the kiosk. Just south from the harbor the sand beach starts which continues all the way down to Höganäs. The water is shallow and perfect for kids and kiteboarding. In Kullaberg you can find one of Europes most beautiful hiking trails, horseback riding, golf course, stunning views, cliff jumping, mountainbike trails, surfing, climbing and much more. The peninsula Kullaberg has the last few years exploded with restaurants and vineyards which adds on the experience visiting us.
