City Centre, very good location.bugis/brasbasar area.art and heritage area,yet surround by very local and affordable amentity around. 5mins walk to bugis junction and MRT, full amenities around, next to SMU, NAFA, work, study and play are all walking distance. this is whole unit, spacious room with very comfortable bed with storage space below, decent living area and small kitchen and toilet, fully furnished. you will enjoy the central location with convienience High speed wifi, comfortable sofa, desk and chair, central location, yet very quiet at night, great for frequent business traveller who like to have more space and center location to safe time and enjoy a good sleep at night.

right in the city prime area, but not commercialized as other tourist area. surrounding is very localized area, you have sense of touch into real life with what local's real life. City prime location, walkable to everywhere. 200meter to Brasbasar MRT(CC2) and Bencoolen MRT,5Mins walk to BUGIS MRT. Shopping centre:Bugis+,Bugis Junction,OG,Raffles shopping centre, SUntec City,Plaza Singapura,etc.hawker food centre, mini mart, just below the building, full amenity around.
