Thank you for choosing my property! You will be accommodated on the 1st floor of our family house, in (1) apartment of 80 square meters or (2) in 45 sqm suite, in complete privacy, peace and comfort. Both apartment and studio have a terrace(s), are safe and spacious, so the accommodation is ideal for bigger families with children, but also for two or three (even four) couples. For larger groups, the sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed, where two more people can sleep (with a lower level of privacy). We are ideally positioned between Celje and Maribor and only 28 km from the ski center Roga, which makes us a good choice for more economical accomodation during the winter and the ski season. IMPORTANT: 1. A DOG LIVES IN THE HOUSE. We have a dog, the Swiss Shepherd breed, which lives with us on the ground floor and in the yard. The dog is trained, pleasant and loves people. But, if you are allergic, afraid or not comfortable with this, this place is not for you. 2. YOU SHARE THE MAIN ENTRANCE WITH US. Since we are still finishing exterior and details outside the accommodation (surroundings and driveways), access to your apartment and the room is through a shared entrance and downstairs living room, which leads you to the upper floor, were we guarantee you full and private comfort at your apartment. 3. HEATING SEASON: Heating season is officially considered to be from October 15 to April 15, during which heating costs are included in the night rate. Outside of this period, heating can be provided at an additional charge: 10 EUR per day for the Deluxe Apartment and 5 EUR per day for the Deluxe Suite.

Hi, I am Tatjana, your host. We open the doors of our home to you, like you are a family. We are not professional renters or hoteliers and we take everything related to your stay personally. You get the full privacy, but we have your back for anything you might need along the way. However, we are still arranging some details around our house, such as the driveway, external stairs and paths around the house. You will be placed in the heart of nature. If you are annoyed by the chirping of birds or you can't sleep because there is complete silence and peace, and the night noise is made by a stream, the sound of tree leaves or some deer's love call, look for other accommodation. What is perfect for your position - oh, dear, you will be in the middle of nowhere, but still within a walking distance from civilization (where the first espresso and hypermarket are, hairdresser and manicure), or a kilometer from the gas station, doctor, pharmacy, great restaurant and library! The first larger settlement is located 7 kilometers from us (Slovenske Konjice), two larger cities, Maribor and Celje, are 30 kilometers away. You will be in the heart of Styria, 100 km from Ljubljana, Zagreb and Graz. Slovenia is a beautiful boutique country, in one day you can visit its most remote part, wherever you are located. Our guests go to the seaside for a day, or choose different spas and wellness facilities around.
