Property information

The floating house AJDA is located in Marina Portorož, island part with an exceptional view of the sunset. AJDA offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed (140x200), bedroom with double bed (160x200), children's room with bunk bed (2x 80x200) and bathroom with shower. Two Xiaomi electric scooters with a safety helmet are available for free use. The entrance to the house is a terrace (8m2) with a table and two chairs, through which you enter the living room. On the upper floor, there is a 38 m2 terrace with its own jacuzzi, sun loungers and sofas. From the bedroom you have access to your own terrace (4m2) with a view of Marina Portorož. There is also free internet and free parking right next to the house. The premises are air-conditioned or heated. In the living area there is a larger LCD TV with satellite programs, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave oven, and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Cleaning, towels and bed linen are provided. The accommodation also includes a 50% discount on the use of the Marina Portorož swimming pool. AJDA is located directly on the water and is only 30 meters from the beach. The surroundings are popular for sunbathing, relaxation and various sports activities, walks and enjoying nature and the peaceful surroundings. At the same time, it offers quick access to the main sights of Portorož (1km). There is a bar and a sports center in the immediate vicinity, which has two volleyball courts, a children's playground and lots of green areas. In the sports center it is also possible to rent a sup, jet ski or motor boat. The Marina Portorož complex has a tennis center, basketball courts and a mini golf course. Marina Portorož offers two excellent restaurants, two bars, several different companies and shops and a large outdoor swimming pool. AJDA is 1 km from the center of Portorož, 1.5 km from the Portorož Thermal Bath, 1.5 km from the Sečoveljske solina park and 3 km from Piran.
