A wonderful place, a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and cozy, the bathroom is comfortable and well-proportioned, the food is great. The playroom is well equipped for all age of kids. The staff speak excellent English and are very eager to help. The jacuzzi is surely great after a day in the mountains.

The hotel is beautifully designed and offers many attractions for both; adults and children. Spa and bar are both highlights! The only disappointment was no soft drinks or water included in the dinner unless ordered and paid separately. Staff members are exceptional. Great selection of food for breakfast. The food was delicious and there was a wide choice. The room was bright and spacious, Loccitane products were prepared in the bathroom. The spa was well equipped. The Christmas decorations were particularly nice. The hotel paid attention to every little detail in terms of design.

We stayed in the best apartment- 2 bed/2 bath for up to 6 people. Large living room/kitchen with large balcony overlooking the back lawn and mountain. Allocated parking spot.

Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

The design of the hotel was just so perfect. Modern, clean, charming... Beautiful balcony view, underground parking. We had a perfect stay. The staff is very pro and lovely despite the lack of english. We were the only tourists not coming from Central Europe during our stay (which is not negative at all). The apartment was also very clean.
