- nice location close to ski resort - old fashioned house, very climatic

We found the accomodation easily and could park our car as there were many parking spots. The check-in was fluid as we could communicate with the staff in english. The breakfast was tasty and lavish. The ski resort is a 10 minute walk from the door of the accomodation and the centre of Tatranska Lomnica is also a 10 minute walk so the restaurants for dinner were nearby. The room was clean and roomy. We had a great time!

Perfect location for a ski holiday, a short walk to the ski lift. The property is grand, a mix of old and new . Feels very much like a mountain lodge. My room had amazing views of the mountains and surrounding forests, very quiet and peaceful . Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh and lots to choose from. The ski equipment room and lockers made it easy for me to get ready for each day skiing.

Im glad I had a chance to stay in this pension! It is not only speacial from the outside but from the inside as well! I think we got one of the best room, it was wide, we had a terrace and also we had the view just right to the high tatras! The room is renovated and was very neat, the whole pension is neat! The ski slopes literraly just 8 minutes walk, so close! Breakfast was nice and various, with more options of coffee (which taste I really liked!) tea and juice. The owners and the staff were very kind, thank you for the pleasant stay!

Excellent service from check in throughout to check out. Very friendly staff, welcoming and spoke different languages. Clean,spacious,warm rooms. Our room had view of the mountains and every morning we saw deers and squirrels in the forest. Lots of viarety of food and drinks for breakfast ( every day different type of eggs, sausages, fresh bakery and home made cakes). Perfect location, 5 min to slopes and restaurants and 10min walk to town and train station. Will definitely book again

The building was very picturesque, the views up the mountain were as good as you could get. Spectacular. A short walk (5Min) down the footpath and across a park to the hub of the Town, Parking and access was good. A similar short walk to the bottom of the ski runs, It can be done in ski boots without problem. The building was comfortable and well maintained. Unski facilities were good, secure, warm and well ventilated so boots dry nicely. The Staff were efficient and friendly. They leave you alone but were engageing when you approach them. The rooms were quiet and it was easy to sleep. the showers were hot strong, and there was a separate area to socialise in. My opinion, as an Australian (not speaking Slovakian) the the stay both at the Pension and Lomnica were ideal. The nature of the slopes, and accomodation lead to a fantasic ski experience for my family. My son has moved from a Beginer to a skiier just starting to carve, in 5.5 days of skiing. Similar for my wife.
