The location is great, only a couple of blocks to the Parque Libertad but very quiet. Our room was very basic but large and clean. Wifi is excellent, air conditioning works well as was very nice to have. The shower has hot water, but the bathroom is small and there are no shelves put anything. It was clean, but very old and could use a really deep clean. Remote check-in worked well. There's an on-line Visa payment link, but we asked to pay cash and the owner agreed. I'd rather use Booking to pay with Visa as it is trustworthy. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly to questions.

Excellent location, 2 min walking from the main cathedral. The room was basic, but it was spotless clean. The check in was easy, I could find the house easily and could get in easily. I think what I appreciate the most was the customer service and kindness of the owner.

Great stay! Quiet place with just a few rooms right in the center. Very helpful staff they helped me through messages and explained how to get a bus to the volcano. Hot water in the shower! Generally great value for this price

Super Lage, sehr zentral. Zimmer war gut aber da keine AC relativ warm. Wir haben nie Personal gesehen, da alles von selbst läift aber wenn man schreibt, erhielten wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort und er organisierte sogar einen Transport für uns.

Das Familienzimmer ist groß und mit zwei Betten mit neuen Matratzen ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und einen Föhn. An der Wand ist ein Ventilator angebracht, der leise und zuverlässig mehr Luft ins Zimmer bringt. Das angeschlossene Bad ist zweckmäßig und es gibt warmes Wasser. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut und schnell.
