Feel the cool breeze from your huge double balcony. Your dream escape awaits at "Villa Sea Forever" where breathtaking moments are endless! This exquisite villa graciously accommodates up to 6 guests, boasting 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, along with an additional half-bathroom accessible to all guests. Nestled within the upscale Pelican Key neighborhood, this location is ideal. Beach access is a short stroll away, while a short 10-15 minute walk leads to a plethora of restaurants and vibrant night life. Philipsburg (the capital of Sint Maarten) and the French side are easily reachable within a 15 minute drive. Whether you're seeking a romantic rendezvous, a family adventure, a couples trip or an opulent retreat, our villa promises an unforgettable experience that will etch fond memories in your heart. *A few important notes: 1) You must climb two sets of stairs to access the villa, with no elevator. 2) The villa has balconies and stairs with little railing protection - please consider this when booking. 3) We have a doorbell security camera.

Pelican Key, Sint Maarten Simpson Bay stands as a beacon of exquisite beauty, boasting captivating beaches, dynamic nightlife, and a diverse selection of global dining experiences. Just a short walk away, you will find yourself on the idyllic shores of sandy beaches, where the crystal-clear waters of the majestic turquoise Caribbean Sea await. Embracing the vicinity, an engaging entertainment hub awaits, offering a fusion of bars, restaurants, and beach clubs, guaranteeing an endless array of choices for an enjoying evening. Simpson Bay is a walkable neighborhood with beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, beach clubs, water activities and casinos. However, we recommend renting a car (and enjoying the free gated parking available at the property) to truly experience the island. We recommend H&L Car Rental, and if you mention our name, you will receive a 10% discount.
