This is an amazing guesthouse run by a lovely familly who are very attentive and make you feel most welcome. It is on a hillside with a nice view and is on a quiet location but still easy to get to. The room is a good size as is the bathroom. The food that is home cooked is also excellent.

The location on a hill very close to the city center is very convenient for shopping and sightseeings. The delicious breakfast was prepared according to my daily timeframe and taste by Sandra, the owner, personally. Her very valuable informations about the country and her help, e.g. taxi - organizations, are unbeatable.

I am traveling solo and had a wonderful and restful stay at Otenik Guesthouse while in Mbabane. The property is located on a quiet hill located central in the city. Many stores, restaurants, public transit and markets are located nearby. I felt very safe and welcomed by Sandra and her daughter. It was so nice to have home-cooked meals and such spotless surroundings after a long time on the road. Sandra also went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and I sincerely appreciate her wonderful kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this gem of a place in Mbabane.

I loved my stay at the Otentik Guesthouse, and Sandra was a wonderful host! I must say that after travelling in Africa for a month, it was a lovely and welcome change to experience the delicious Chinese food cooked up here, as well as the overall oriental vibe and decor. Very comfortable and quiet room, and a perfect location - it was quiet, yet easy to walk into the centre of Mbabane. I particularly loved the terrace area, with great views over the city below - it was a perfect place for an evening sundowner. Sandra also organised a private taxi transfer from Swaziland's international airport, which was great as there is just no public transport there! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

The breakfast was exceptional and they offer a variety every morning. The guesthouse is well placed on top of a hill where you are able to see Mbabane from up top. Very reliable WiFi to enable access to internet with efficiency

The staff and owners of this guest house are extremely helpful and kind! They were able to accomodate my needs and went as far as to shuttle me near the Mbabane bus rink from the guest house, as someone who was traveling without a vehicle this was extra helpful! Breakfast was great and the views from the guesthouse during the day are quite beautiful.
