We travelled here with our two young children and grandparents. We loved the tranquil atmosphere of this place and the beauty of the bay. Our two children enjoyed the freedom they had running between the room, the restaurant and the beach. The food was of high quality and the restaurant has such a great view. Most of all we really appreciated Simon’s help and kindness with many matters. The personalised service really made a relaxing holiday for us. Thank you so much. This is where we will return when we are next on Koh Chang.

We loved everything about our stay at this lovely little resort. The bungalows are very comfortable with a lovely view out to the beautiful well-maintained garden, up to the lovely pool area and out to sea. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We loved it so much that we extended our stay, and hope to return in the future.

The place including the grounds, pool and rooms are kept immaculately. The room we were in felt so open and bright. The food was excellent. The best thing though was the incredible hospitality of the staff and owners. We really felt like we were welcome and looked after there. When we first arrived we were immediately disappointed to drive beyond all the hustling built up centres on Koh Chang but by the end of our start we would choose Amber sands again in a heart beat.

This place was great! Simon and his family were so kind and helpful, the room was great and the bed was super comfy. It was quiet and peaceful with a lovely atmosphere for families. It's on the other side of the island to most shops, restaurants etc, but we really appreciated the courtesy ride to white sands. Ning's cooking is so good, we didn't want to eat anywhere else anyway!

This place is wonderful. First of all, the staff is so friendly and helpful. It made our stay extra special. The resort has all the facilities you need; a pool, kayaks, restaurant, live music, we loved it. The garden is also worth mentioning, it’s maintained on a daily basis and it looks stunning. The resort is small-scale which was a big plus for us, it’s all nice and quiet. A big recommendation for people who just want to enjoy the quieter side of Koh Chang!

Friendly, peaceful relaxed resort with a lovely beach, swimming pool. The service and food are fabulous. It is in the quieter part of the island which suited us perfectly. There are other bars and restaurants along the beach so it is possible to walk elsewhere if you fancy a change of scenery.

Perfect place if you want to chill out, it's very calm and quite. I really like the resort, the bungalows are big, clean and good equipped. So comfortable! The owner is very nice and helpful. Restaurant has very good food and coffee. The beach has really amber sand, for us that was ok.
