Absolutely loved Ay and the staff. She is genuinely so cute and an awesome person. Helpful, readily available, and overall well informed. Highly recommend this place just to meet her.

The room was huge! Very clean and beautifully decorated too! The host Ay was a lovely woman who was really helpful and suggested some really nice places around. There's a lovely coffee shop downstairs where you get refreshing coffee and drinks!!

The rooms were spacious, clean, neat, and exactly like on the pictures. The best thing however, it felt like visiting relatives :) Ay and her family were the kindest hosts I have met during my trip in Thailand. So friendly, considerate, and helpful. And great, great coffee too!

Nice place and super friendly owner! The place was fully booked when I checked in so I stayed in the room on the first floor, everything was nice although it doesn’t have windows, book another room if you mind that.

Everything was perfect! The room was super clean, big like an apartment, water in shower had no problem, location is perfect - not so far from old town and at the same time quite. And the host Ay is so nice and kind. She really like her hotel and guests, always was ready to help, and I had feeling like I am at home, after 7 days there I really didn’t want to go home, to Phuket

Clean and comfy. Location is very close to the airport, Wai Lai walking street, Wat Suphan, and coffee shops (including Ay's brother's coffee shop next door where they make amazing coffee) and eateries. Old town is a quick ride away! Ay is so sweet and helpful in every way possible, and I absolutely loved her and her family!

The location was down a nice quiet backstreet , where there was two lovely coffee shops and a nice restaurant selling noodles it was clean and very well maintained

This is a fairly new place. I stayed in a large, clean, first floor, room. The room is partitioned into a bedroom and sitting area. It would probably suit a couple and might work if you are traveling with a child (you could check with the owner). The bed was very comfortable and there was also a fridge, a kettle, cups and glasses in the room. Ay, the owner, is a very nice woman who speaks good English.
