Baan Sawainam is an intimate holiday home, offering our guests an alternative for discerning travellers seeking unprecedented comfort, charm and hospitality. Baan Sawainam is the idyllic place for families & couples looking to escape the crowds to relax in a tropical paradise with a crystal clear pool. The villas and studios surround the shared swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun. There are sun lounges with umbrellas if you prefer some shade. We have a convenient shop right outside the gate which is open from early morning until late evening. They have drinks, snacks, laundry service and ferry tickets. Most restaurants offer a delivery service so it's easy to order all meals directly to the resort if you don't fancy eating out. All rooms have cutleries, coffee, tea and water.

We are a 3 staff team, with me, Ae and my husband Terng welcoming you on arrival and we are happy to assist if you need help with booking any trips, tickets, taxis or advice on what to do on the island. Jaw is our handyman who's on site from morning to late afternoon and he makes sure your room/villa is clean and the pool sparkling blue!

Baan Sawainam resort is located just a short walk from Sairee village and beach. It will take you about 5 min to walk down the road to the village where you have restaurants, bars, shops and spa's. The island is famous for it's diving but there is so much more to do as well, take a longtail boat around the island and jump in to snorkel at different bays, hiking, rock climbing, paddle boarding, kayaking, pilates, gym, Muay Thai, yoga or why not just chill on the beach or by the pool.
