Place was super clean and comfortable. Has everything you need. Host is so kind and will help you with anything you need. Breakfast was so tasty, you get lots of options: bread, sweet muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit. There is plenty of hot drinks and cold. There are bananas and little snacks on offer at all times!! The rooms are small but more than enough room and the air conditioner is a blessing. The house is so pretty, loads of plants and nice places to sit! You can take some great photos. Location is perfect as well, near train station and right next to convenience store. Highly recommend.

Probably my best stay in Thailand so far. Had everything you could possibly want and so much more. The place was so clean and well decorated, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, food and snacks everywhere, bike rentals were a nice touch also. 10/10 recommended and would return for sure.

This is a beautiful old building with amazing woodwork and a very relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. We had a large ensuite room which worked well for us. The young woman who always seemed to be on duty was very friendly and helpful. It was a very good price and this included breakfast. Phetchaburi is a great place to experience smaller town Thai life - away from the tourists! If you search around the centre you can find some cool bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was great! They have a very big common area on the ground level as well as on the second floor. Plus they let you rent their bikes for just THB 50 per day. That helped a lot with navigating this small town's attractions because they are a little far away to walk, especially in the heat.

This is a really nice place to kick back and relax. It's clean, the rooms are spacious and there's plenty of space to relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. And the breakfast is also included. For the price you pay there is really nothing, but absolutely nothing that I am negative about! Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful and cute guesthouse in great location in Phetchaburi. The staff were amazing and the place spotless! The breakfast was great, really everything you need to spend some relaxing days in a traditional Thai house! We spent Christmas there and we loved it :)
