Please note that room rates do not include water and electrical usages. The electrical usage will be charged at THB 7 per kilowatt and the water will be charged at THB 80 per cubic metre.
Room cleaning will be provided 3 times per week, while bed linen change is provided once per week. Please be informed that extra linen for sofa beds are not included in the room rates and must be separately as an extra bed fee.
