Chiang Dao Reset was a great location, despite being situated only a 100meters from the main road it felt very secluded and tugged in. The cottages were quite simple but they had all the modern amenities that one would normally need when staying at a hotel. We also enjoyed a small pool in the corner of the garden. What made the biggest difference though was the extraordinary attentiveness of our hosts, who absolutely went out of themselves to make our stay as comfortable as possible, to name just one example, we could use the bicycles throughout our stay free of charge. On our last day we stayed in the area until 3pm and the host were so kind that they allowed us to use the bikes for a few hours after we checked out. We also need to mention that the breakfast and coffee in particular were fabulous. We would definitely go back to Chiang Dao Reset any time if we were ever staying in the area.

Very friendly and warm owner. The house we live in is very beautiful, quiet and very clean. We can see green trees outside the window, which is very comfortable. It also provided us with a delicious breakfast, because this is the last day in Shambala, so we can only stay for one day, otherwise I really hope to stay here for a few more days. Great little private bungalows,great breakfast included.Owners are super friendly and helpful. Definitely need a scooter to get around as not much in town itself . Outlying areas are really nice just head out on small roads and see where it takes you.

Nung was very nice and friendly. He helped me a lot in coordinating my schedule. The accommodation was small, clean and quiet. Break was really good and tasty also. And very close to bus terminal.

Very kind host and a nice local town. Host is always available when you need him and makes you feel very welcome and at home. The breakfast was very nice and fresh and the coffee was the absolute best! He arranged a taxi for us aswel and we had a lovely walk to Chiang Dao Mountain Reset which is a nice place with live music and good food. This place and stay was truely a highlight of our trip and we will recommend this to our friends and family for sure!
