ความสะอาดของห้องพักคือดีเยี่ยม ไวไฟแรง แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ น้ำอุ่นร้อน ไหลแรง ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม ไม่มีลิฟท์ (3 ชั้นเท่านั้น) ไม่มีอาหารเช้า แต่มีกาแฟ/มาม่าบริการในห้อง ฟรี ทำเลดีมาก เงียบสงบ ปลอดภัย ปากซอยมีร้านขายสเต็ก ราคาไม่แพง ร.ร อยู่ใกล้ตลาดเช้า เดิน 5 นาที เดินไปวัดภูมินทร์ก็ได้ เพียง 10 นาที พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม คุยเป็นกันเอง มีจักรยานให้ปั่นเล่นฟรี โดยรวม คุ้มค่าราคาหลักร้อย ถูกที่สุดแล้วในย่านทำเลแบบนี้ ประทับใจทุกอย่าง มาเมืองน่านทีไร ก็มาพักทุกครั้ง ควรจองล่วงหน้า เพราะส่วนใหญ่จะเต็มโดยเฉพาะศุกร์-อาทิตย์ (ร.ร มี 18 ห้องพักเท่านั้น)
