Grab a book and a glass of your favorite tipple and relax on the spacious balcony and take in the breathtaking sea views across to Koh Phangan and watch the sun shimmering from the roofs of the stunning Wat Plai Laem. The main space is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen (electric hob and oven) and a central island with seating. The living area is complete with a corner sofa (sofa-bed), wingback chair, and flat-screen TV (firestick available upon request). In the bedroom, you'll find a queen-size bed and mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hanging and draw space. The generous bathroom has a large walk-in shower. A small safe is provided for your personal belongings, passports, etc. and there is free wifi throughout. The spacious balcony has ample seating for you to relax and take in the breathtaking views. Smoking (of any kind) is not allowed within the property or outside on the balcony. If you wish to smoke, please use the outside areas around The Bay.
Hi, we’re Paul and Kelli. Both were born in the U.K. (some time ago), we married in 2004 and after some lengthy and strategic planning, we packed up and shipped out of the UK in 2015. We spent the best part of 5 years in the U.A.E, a great gateway to some awesome destinations. We're now living and traveling South East Asia, enjoying a slower pace of life. We first stepped foot on the island of Koh Samui in 2017 and immediately fell in love. So much so, that we invested in a home here. We decided that the tranquil island life and the breathtaking views from our home are too good not to be shared – so we invite you to be our house guests, so you can enjoy Island life and relax in our little corner of Koh Samui
Our home is conveniently located a short distance from some of the best beaches, bars, and restaurants in Koh Samui. Big Buddha, Wat Plai Laem temple, Choeng Mon beach, and Bangrak Beach are only moments away. There is a 7-Eleven at the bottom of the hill, along with ATMs, a coffee shop, and some excellent local eateries - NaNa Restaurant is our go-to place. Further along, is the local wet market and some great eateries and bars where you can enjoy uninterrupted sunset views. The airport is within easy reach (5km), as too is Bangrak Pier (1.6km). Parking at The Bay is free, with designated areas for cars and for bikes. *Please note, behind The Bay Condominium construction is underway on some new villas. We have been told that work will be complete by December 2023, which may generate some noise throughout the day (working hours 9am to 6pm).
