Property information

Villa Piyada is a large modern tropical villa set in a private community called Miracle Lake View. With almost no traffic, the residence's alleys are the perfect ground for leisure strolls. Recently built, the villa retains a Thai flair. The large private pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a little sun deck shaded by lush plants. After a good training session at one of the gyms the southern part of Phuket is famous for, it is a pleasure to enjoy the sauna for a good pampering session! The villa has 3 ultra spacious ensuite bedrooms, each with king size beds. Two bathrooms have sleek bathtubs with clear views of nature. The two bedrooms on the second level open onto a wraparound balcony that expands to a large terrace overlooking the area. On the lower level, there is a third large bedroom that overlooks the pool area. It’s perfect to jump out of bed and straight in the water for a refreshing dip to waken the soul! There is a 4th bedroom with an attached bathroom and a single bed. We have not included it in the listing description as it is not as big as the other 3 bedrooms. The living room showcases a large leather sofa and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the latest appliances. There is a gated car park. Electricity is charged separately at THB 7 per unit. (Expect to pay 150 THB per day per bedroom).

Neighbourhood information

Close to the old colonial town of Phuket and Central (the modern commercial centre of the island), the Chalong area is a lively place where long term foreign residents and local Thais coexist peacefully. Close to many attractions such as the Chalong Bay Rum distillery, the Phuket zoo, the Panwa aquarium, this part of the island is slightly off the usual beaten track - yet within 10 minute reach from the two best beaches on the island (Naiharn and Kata Noi) - and it offers excellent value for money for smarter visitors.
