The villa is very modern and spacious. It was immaculate and couldn’t fault the property at all as it offers everything you need. Although we found the communication with the staff a little delayed and instructions to access the property weren’t they clearest. We also weren’t provided with keys during our stay apart from a padlock for the main gate which wasn’t ideal. However the property is pretty secure which wasn’t a big concern. Please also be aware that there is a 10,000 bhat security deposit that we were required to pay in cash and weren’t notified of until a day before we were due to arrive. Which should be stated before you even make the booking. Overall we had a lovely stay and it is only a short walk to all bars, restaurants and the beach which is ideal.
