The communication with Youssef was excellent. He gave many helpful tips and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. He also provided some great basic food products (bread, eggs, yogurt, cheese etc) which was much appreciated. The appartment is very nicely furnished and decorated and has everything you need. The location was great, walking distance from everything Sidi Bou Said has to offer and the wifi worked very well.

Our stay in the apartment was lovely! It is located in cute and calm street, walking distance from the center of the town. The apartment was very nice, it has everything you need, especially a really comfortable bed! Youssef was extremely nice and welcoming. We were there over Ramadan and many places were closed or fully booked in the evening. Youssef helped us a great deal by calling restaurants that were open to get us a table and provided a lot of useful suggestions. We would recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Tunisia and we would definitely come back to the same apartment on a future trip :)

The apartment was larger than expected, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. There was more than enough food provided to make breakfast every morning. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. There was a lot of natural light and it was well decorated. The TV had Netflix and other steaming options available. The host provided great restaurant recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. He went above and beyond to accommodate us during Ramadan. We wish we would have booked longer! We will definitely return next time we are in Sidi Bou Said.

This is the best equipped holiday house I’ve ever stayed in. Youssef was there to meet us, greeted us warmly and explained how everything worked. He’d considered every detail of what a visitor might need down to providing new toothbrushes in case you’d forgotten yours. The decor is light, modern and very tasteful with lovely Tunisian art on the walls and a selection of enticing books to read. All the appliances are top end. There was very efficient air con in the living area and a big fan in the bedroom. Youssef provided all sorts of breakfast foods, drinks, tea, coffe etc. The area felt super-safe and was very peaceful, yet a short walk to the iconic Sidi Bou Said village and to the TGM train to central Tunis. Youssef was very quick to respond to any questions. I’d 100% recommend Chez Adac
