With its authentic architecture, Gul Konakları consists of three restored Greek mansions surrounded by green gardens. The mansions feature rooms with arched ceilings and a traditional Turkish bath. The arched rooms of Gul feature stone walls and wooden floors. They are all furnished in Greek and Ottoman style, and traditionally decorated with handcrafts. Athens and Thessaloniki Saloons serve regional cuisine and a set menu with local specialities. Meals can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors at the restaurants. The lush garden includes a courtyard at the centre, Rose Chalet. Guests can enjoy a cup of Turkish coffee or choose from a selection of local wine produced by Gul Konakları.
