This private apartment has a wonderful expansive view of the Marmara Sea and mountains. In a newly built complex, there is a lot of privacy. All the amenities are brand new, with lots of closet room. The full kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need for a short or long stay. The seaside is a 5-minute walk downhill. The Mudanya seaside boardwalk filled with restaurants and cafes is a 5-minute drive away. To BUDO water bus is a 7-minute drive. Great for a stress-free getaway.
I live in Mudanya with my husband Ahmet. We love travelling around the world, walking in new places and talking with other like-minded travellers. I love living in Mudanya, Bursa because being around the Sea, mountains, and fresh air is healing to me. The stress-free life is balanced by the closeness to the bustling city of Bursa, and everything feels very local here. It’s not Toronto, Canada, but it’s a wonderful change I love waking up to every day! I speak Tagalog, and English, and my husband speaks Turkish, English, and some German. We hope to welcome you into our home and would love to help where we can.
The neighbourhood is a beautiful, scenic, peaceful, and safe area, close to the famous Yildiz cafe, and a 5-minute walk down to the public beach. We are also a short drive to many cafes, restaurants, and the main promenade in Mudanya. Historic areas such as Triliye and the Armistice house where Turkey became a republic are also close by.
