Guests using third-party credit cards are required to present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter along with a copy of the cardholder's passport. Guests who do not present the above will be charged again and must pre-pay the full payment for their stay. The amount previously charged will be refunded to the credit card originally used. For reservations of more than 7 rooms, different policies and supplements may apply. According to the payment and cancellation conditions of your reservation, a prepayment deposit is required through the 3D secure system to secure your reservation. The property will contact your reservation to provide instructions. If you have made a reservation for any of the family-only rooms (Standard Room with Land View for Families, Standard Room with Sea View for Families, Standard Room with Side Sea View for Families or Family Room), please inform us the name details of all the people who will be staying. Families with children are accommodated in these rooms. Room difference is charged at the entrance for the rooms whose name details are not given to us. Unencrypted cards and American cards are not accepted for payments made at the entrance.
