I would say the first thing is the owner of the place. He is a very welcoming kind person and he would help u about anything u want. The house is in a very good location where u can go anywhere by using public transportation which is not far from Istanbul center

Its an apartment NOT a hotel, "THIS IS NOT A HOTEL!" Greetings, I'm the owner of "Vault of istanbul" and I'll greet you and try my best to be at your service whenever you need me. Please do not have high expectations since there's not much things inside the home, there's still a lot needs to be done You'll be staying at the 5th floor of the house meanwhile I'll be working at the upstairs in my room, I'm just coming downstairs to cook something for myself since I dont have a kitchen at upstairs. I won't be entering the house without your permission during your stay, your accomodation will not be a problem Breakfast is not included, however if you make a request about it, I'll prepare a breakfast within the times you request with the foods you would like to eat (it wont be free of charge since I have to pay for the ingredients and I'll just take the money of those ingredients, I'll also show you the receipt for the money I spent, for example, if you wish to eat tomatoes I'll buy 1kg of tomatoes which costs around XX turkish liras and I'll be taking only this cost, there won't be any extra charge, just the cost of ingredients) same goes for the lunch and dinner. other than that generally there's no food in present in the house and you have to make your shopping. (I recommend you to not to order food everyday, its way too expensive here in istanbul, as long as I have ingredients I can happily cook for you & your family) There are cameras on the property, one is at the very enterance, one is at the enterence of the house, two cameras at the upstairs, one in kitchen and two cameras are in the roof THERE ARE NO CAMERAS EXISTENT IN THE ROOMS I'll be providing you the istanbulcard (public transportartation card) for free, and a SIM card for your phone for a little cost if you want I also have a washing machine and I can provide you a washing service for your cloths Any other additional information will be shared if you ask via messages after or before your reservation
If you need assistance before arriving in istanbul about travelling/sideseeing, I can make a detailed tour plan/travelling program about the places you would like to visit or see or things to do before you arrive, for free I can also be your personal tour guide too & assist you about travelling in istanbul however if you want this I have some conditions: visitors has to pay for my public transportation fee (metro cost for example), if we eat somewhere the food will be paid by visitors, & if visitors wants me to enter the museum with them, they have to cover the expenses of the enterence ticket, other than this 3 conditions I'm not taking any extra charge for being your personal tour guide but if you want to have a professional tour guide thats going to assist you & share deep knowledge about istanbul I can suggest you to book verified tour guides, I'm not professional (yet) House rules: -Smoking is absolutely forbidden inside the house, if you smoke inside home according to Turkish laws and restrictions you'll get fined seriously, there are 2 balconies for smoking -After 10-11PM neighbours doesn't want to hear any kind of noise, otherwise they may come at the door & complain to me about it -You may encounter cute little jumping spiders especially at the big balcony, sometimes inside too, they're harmless (not venomous and they don't develop webs), DO NOT KILL THEM since they are hunting down the mosquitoes ants and other flies. I also have a beehive at the upstairs so if you see any honey bees please don't kill them too -Other than cats and dogs, every pet is allowed to enter but owners are responsible for cleaning of their mess (cats and dogs are may not be free of charge, OR only allowed if they're service animals) -Any other electronic device (toaster, kettle, mixer, iron etc) will be provided by request if I have them -Don't be afraid to request/say/ask if there's any problem or anything you wish to know, I'll always try my best to assist/serve you asap
House is located at bayrampaşa 61. street no 41, if you're coming here via car; parking can be a big problem since street is generally filled with cars & especially at night neighbours are parking one after another, I suggest you to park your car either at the near end of the street or 1 street above-below. if you wish to see the place you'll be staying & the street's situation about parking, I can make a video call to you via phone applications so you can have a little tour & have an idea about the place you'll be staying & parking if you're coming here via bus or public transportation please let me know so I can guide you for the shortest quickest and cheapest way to arrive here Istanbul is in the earthquake geography and there is expected istanbul earthquake around 8.2 magnitude, scientists have said in past until 2025 this earthquake will happen by %60 probability, if this happens during your stay rush to kitchen and take cover next to the fridge and dishwasher since kitchen is the safest place in the home for it. I recommend you to always have 1-1.5L water bottles next to your beds too. The home has been built after 1999's earthquake in accordance with the earthquake law so its sturdy enough to withstand that earthquake and you'll be staying on the top floor which is the safest place on the building Everything you may need, even things you may not need, will be reachable within the 1KM radius. Literally everything you may look for is within a close proximity. Everything you may need for shopping or other daily needs is MAX 15 minutes away from the home itself About public transportation: 20 mins to M1 metro line, 10 mins to T4 tram line, 5 mins to 32-32M-32T-36M bus stops, 10-15 mins away to GOP hospital and 20 mins to bayrampaşa government/public hospital, there's also 6 different minibus lines around going to variety destinations in istanbul, Metro/Bus card can be provided by me if you dont have it so you'll not pay any extra fee for public transportation
