TAWA (Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority) and the NCAA (Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority) are two of many government agencies tasked with managing the ecosystem in the relevant wildlife areas of Tanzania. It is recommended that you contact the lodge at least 72 hours before your stay to make the arrangements to settle these extras.

For bookings of up to 5 rooms, a different cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
